My electronics will either be in a faraday bag or not in hearing range. An FCC EAS test is one thing, but this one is in conjunction with FEMA, who I do not believe have our best interests in mind. Aside from all the theories out there, Im not listening to it and prefer to err on the side of caution, and not subject myself to potential psychological “conditioning” or other. Some speculate it is to geolocate everyone or “target” individuals. If I know it’s a test, then I do not need to listen to it nor follow the crowd. Am concerned about the people in their deep slumber that have no idea it is coming and may freak out or decide to ravage neighborhoods.

Hmm…so what? Most likely it will be just a test as you were told. It will certainly not be anything like in the movies “The Purge”, “The Cell”, “Kingsman” etc. It’s not like that anything like or something similar to the themes covered in those movies will happen.After all those are, just movies. Nothing else. You can trust your government on this one, right!? 
No need to panic it’s just a test.I think.

These mass ‘test’ signals cost a significant amount of network bandwidth / money and draw huge attention so there must be a good reason for polling this way.
When this was done recently in the UK many switched off their phones ahead of the date to protest this kind of government intrusion.
Personally I believe a signal sweep of this kind would be the only way to test a phased array and adjust or tune the returned signal but that’s most likely out of date physics at this point.

This system usually seems to work fine the test is probably just a formality thing.
Got a lot of emergency weather alerts in Saint Louis for hailstorms.
lot of automated phone calls about bad weather in Virginia too because previous person to have my phone number lived there.
Also usually get about four calls a day from artificial intelligence run marketing companies.
Annoying, phones stink.
Makes one ponder the possibility of an imminent dark event similar to 911. UFO threat op perhaps?
I don’t know, seems like ufo threat propaganda has already been covered in tv and movies.
Last location based emergency alert I got was when there were riots in Seattle and other cities for Black Lives Matter, alert just told people to disperse from the city.
The damn phone is now the mighty pen that has been captured by the powers that be. It is almost as essential in modernity as electricity and don’t they know it.

If what you suggest is correct and possible to be implemented in practice, then on that date 04.10.2023, or on 11.10.2023, there should be an enormous increase in deaths, or calls to the ambulance for life-threatening reasons. Especially in big cities. Which will not go unnoticed by people, no matter how much it is covered up or masked. But whether that will be the case remains to be seen.

You bet but it won’t be just the phones. TV, radio, all the wireless connections in your home or building you’re in. Tavares says if you have smart appliances, those will activate also. She says smart meters will be activated as well. IDK. I do know its phones, TVs & radios.

The internet of things indeed. And soon the internet of bodies. If as many suspect there is a network component included in the mrna vaccine this kind of ‘ping’ would be a way of testing what is out there. A kill switch perhaps, or maybe just the first stage of discovery prior to testing this internet of bodies.

Very close to what Tavares said. With all the chem absorption due to spraying, etc. A ‘build-up’ of current(s) in the body and those jabbed might have it much worse.
So many vectors aligned, and a common thread being the ability to transmit data globally without the need for trans continental cable. I might be jumping the gun but for me all roads lead to a transhumanist infrastructure project.

Assuming the PTB are serious about this test, the devices would activate whether they are on or not, plugged in or not, in a “farAday” baggie, or not.
