It seems that the bomb did not fall on the building.
There’s not only a war between NATO and Russia, at the same time there’s a propaganda war. Perhaps a cyber war to shut down the internet isn’t such a bad idea. But then look at the all the idle minds without a broadcast medium. The devil would have a field day.
