Cleveland ABC-5 did not have it at the top of the News page, but did have an on-the-scene report, sans “Metals Plant” in the headline:

Cleveland Fox-8 had an article about a massive warehouse fire; mentioned that it was a metals fabrication plant at the end.

Perusing the A.J. Rose Mfg website, they seemed to have a lot of metal fabrication capabilities. They are far more than a “manufacturing warehouse.” Seems played-down to me.
Explosions were purported to be propane tanks for the forklifts. No mention about the other metal plant fires.
