Ukraine Drain? Other agenda(s)? Both?
Here’s one that a friend alerted me to, although I don’t credit Biden at all with the idea. Could be hoarding oil in other areas away from SPR in anticipation of strike by Russia? Still doesn’t mean us unwashed will see any of it. Where would hide such a large amount of oil?
