The first thing I notice is that instead of the link reading “borderland”, it reads “boderland”.

This is claiming to be from some sort of paranormal or occult group, who do not seem to hold a mainstream religious belief, yet further into the document is constant caps, “FOR THE LOVE OF GOD…”, over & over.

IDK @ColonelZ Seems lame to me.
