Not sure I believe this report @ColonelZ. The source is questionable, as well as prognosis time. If true, guess Putin had better hurry & close those gaps.

In the meantime Putin is getting out of the WHO & the WTO.

I wonder if this is some kind of an observer experiment; where the narrative keeps repeating: Putin is dead; has cancer; has Parkinson; is on his death bed; his double is now acting as President; and on and on. All to create some form of a mass observer effect/affect?
A stacked function of propaganda, mass observer experiment, and other strategic stacked goals?
