I did not hear any solution, it is just a barrage of what is “supposedly” wrong with current system. I think economists as many other gilds just tweak the system to uphold the system of slavery. In my mind Mr. Michael Hudson does the same, protecting his gild as a good soldier but supposed outsider.

More and more of those “gild people” are finding out they are on the menu too. Don’t know if he is there yet.

Since FRN’s are pieces of paper or digits shown on a screen/paper printout, gold and silver is the only asset class of value, the only true currency. All the rest, whatever country “currency”, are meant to keep the masses quietly working for the commercial banks through their misunderstanding that they, the people, in private, ARE the BANK. The idea that we are the creditors, not the debtors, is a hard one to wrap into our thinking… especially with all the noise.

Hudson addresses the mainstream economist’s reversal of the classical ideal of a “free market”.
A classical free market is a market free FROM land rent, and predatory finance; where there is earned income AND unearned income. Today’s economists are redefining the economic language; promoting a new vocabulary of Orwellian Doublespeak.
In fact, that’s a good tag line for the new globalist economist guild: Doublespeak.

I was listening last night And thought of Michael Hudson basically underscoring the underlying principles. I actually wonder if Michael Hudson “knows” about the “hidden system of finance” but doesn’t want to upset his current way of walking that tightrope.
He’s already well known for calling some of their Nobel economists out.
Even debated Paul Krugman and sent him out whimpering; with his tail between his legs.
