I doubt China is alone in this PLAN.
There could be lockdown, OR, whatever this contagion is, they could just let it run and do the dirty work for them.
He is running for Presient, in my opinion, also in oposition to Trump. I am insanely courious od his mutual 25 year long relationship with Belarusian prez. Lukaszenka, to which they both publicly admitt. Lets not forget Pompeo is an Koch brothers outpost in politics.
