Some good observations. I don’t claim to know the answer. Watching a lengthy Danny Jones interview with a DARPA scientist, at the 1:05 point or so he speaks to the McCaslin disappearance. He refers to the NDA agreements signed to gain access to the super secret programs. You essentially waive all your constitutional rights to become an insider. So (likely) if you are deteriorating due to dimentia you can be picked up and put in storage/cared for somewhere (if they’re kind) or dealt with more harshly.
I put this out there to place an additional alternative on the table for discussion.
Hour and five minute point, not one minute five seconds, sorry.
