… that will be something for which to watch. We should begin thinking about what the indications of such a thing happening might be. Another way thinking of this is to ask: What would a community "built’ around a certain “group” of people in fact look like?
To build the “support communities” around “known bunker locations” would be a little bit too on the nose. They could opt for an Area 51 solution, but that too would be fairly obvious. This is an interesting question to contemplate …
