The nicotine information was very interesting. The demonization of nicotine has been discussed off and on over the years on this website. “Methinks he doth protest too much” seems to fit the the negative narrative around nicotine quite nicely.

Agreed!
I have been of the opinion its the additives that is harmful in cigarettes and other tobacco products for years.
I grew up with quite a few people smoking additive free tobacco around me and I noticed they did not have the cough of other smokers and seemed to enjoy smoking more as well.
Not all the “stress smoking” or the grumpy attitude if not having a cigarette for 12 minutes.
I have notices the selection is getting smaller at my local tobacco shop, many of the cleaner products have either been denied import here or gone out of business.
But theres still ways to smoke healthier then the Marlboro man.

I had a teacher in high school that would smoke Drum roll your own’s like his Dad had been doing since WWII and he had been since he was a surgeon in Vietnam (war.) His dad was in his healthy 90’s and they put many additives in commercial pre rolled ciggarette tobacco including sugar that makes it more addictive and carcinogenic. They have a limit as to how much they can put in it but if you put your tongue up to the end, you can taste it. Over 2000 toxic chemicals in a puff but they are not as bad as the fumes from the flint in the lighter. Still, I have heard of tobacco smokers no being affected by the so called COVID (Corona Virus ID.) After all, the common cold is a corrona virus and the R@thschilds or their decendents hold all the patents back in merry old England. Look up Henry de Worms at aim4truth.

The tobacco plant originated in North, South and Central America. Europeans, Asians and others who arrived in the Americas never knew about tobacco. As of about 2003- 2005 the GRIN database lists 1800+ different varieties of tobacco plants. Meaning when the seeds are planted, they will propagate that exact variety in succeeding plantings. My extensive research of tobacco did indicate, 1} Native Americans, i.e. North, South and Central Americas all smoked tobacco leaf, but predominantly in their ceremonies. Their claim was also this: during tribal councils the ‘peace pipe’ was filled with tobacco and sometimes other herbs. Their reason was because a person could not tell a convincing LIE when under the influence of tobacco smoke. ALL tobacco plants contain nicotine. The strength is almost totally dependent on the variety being raised, and most importantly how long the plant is left to mature. Some of the greatest harm from smoking ‘modern, highly processed’ tobacco is from the additives during its processing by Big Tobacco companies, and from the extensive overuse of herbicides and pesticides spayed directly on the plants, or from the herbicides applied into the soil.

There is so much more to learn, and if others want to learn more it can be put in my next Reply.

I smoked “Drum” myself. And “Egberts” from the same Dutch company.
I believe they had some additives, but far fewer than the chemarettes from many of the other companies.
I stopped smoking it in I believe the early 90s,as the company was sold to a British company,“Imperial” or something, and I think it went all downhill from there.
But I remember “Drum” well. :triumph:

Thank you for posting this interview. I listened to it the other day and purchased some of the nicotine patches… I’ll find out soon if it helps with what Dr. Ardis talked about.

What a complete internet HUSKSTER this guy is!!! LOL! OMG!
“…WE developed a product…” (Min. 45:50) You don’t anymore know what’s in that bottle than the man in the moon! Alex Jones, eat your heart out! Wait, maybe Traitor Jones already has a nico product. IDK. LMAO!

If you must try the patch, please remember that you cannot use any sort of emollient, or, soap with any skin softener or cream in it where the patch is to be placed. When you rinse, it cannot even run down your arm if that’s where you want to place the patch. If you are prone to sweating, this will interfere with the transdermal activity of the patch, just as it does with scopolamine patches used to prevent sea sickness. Absolutely nothing foreign between the skin and the patch.

Oh My Lord! I am in the wrong business! Hahahaha!

In reality, we never really know until it’s tested…

Tested by whom? Ardis is a SCAM ARDIS.

and this… # A study of pyrazines in cigarettes and how additives might be used to enhance tobacco addiction… https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26063608/ that’s all…

From the article:
" Implications: An unexpectedly low prevalence of current smokers among patients hospitalized for COVID-19 in some Italian nonintensive care wards is reported. This finding could be a stimulus for the generation of novel hypotheses on individual predisposition and possible strategies for reducing the risk of infection from SARS-CoV-2 and needs to be confirmed by further larger studies designed with adequate methodology."

Translated: We don’t know why.

This is no reason to support a huckster like Ardis, who just so happens to have ‘formulated’ a nicotine solution. For all we know, it could be the carbon monoxide in the smoke. Neither Ardis, nor anyone else on these public forums knows why.

I’m all for finding the answer but not for supporting scams.

It’s GARBAGE, period. End of story.

The claims there is benefits of nicotine and the tobacco plant goes back hundreds of years and is hardly something Bryan Ardis came up with a minute ago, so what people think of him as a person is pretty irrelevant.
There’s not much carbon monoxide to be found nicotine patches and gums either, so that can be erased as possible benefactor.
And I do believe history shows that people can use good things for personal gain too, so I wouldn’t get so hung up on him personally.
I find it way more interesting that people are reporting they had benefits from nicotine regarding Covid and side effects from the vaxx.
And they come in numbers.
There was also a french study ( I believe) early on with findings supporting this.
So you do not have to buy anything from Ardis and still find the information he uses interesting

It is VERY relevant.

I agree but it doesn’t make him any less of a pusher.

Yes, I am informed on your opinion on Ardis and his pushing.
I still believe there’s benefits from nicotine.
Have a nice day

I agree there’s benefits to nicotine.
You have a GREAT day too!

I just wanted to make note here that there is a significant overlooked phenomenon regarding smoking and covid - apparently an element of cigarettes, probably nicotine, fights or kills the covid virus. These indications were first noted in France - yes this is not a laughing matter but sounds like one. I don’t know to what degree this has been studied but I do know this is not something the legacy press or the pharmamedical system wants to explore or report on.

Here’s one quick link from a hyper fast google search - so this info is out there -
