Well stated. Anyone with serious income, and a vast business empire the laws are ‘deliberately’ written so as to be vague, non-transparent, and unable to be fully understood even by folks who are ‘experts’. Even IRS agency experts are often not in full agreement with other agents because the tax laws are written that way by design.
