I might be wrong, but hold your horses just a minute, while cheering Musk on to his Twitter-throne.
Is it just me finding it a bit weird that Twitter implemented some new function AS Elon Musk was leaving the take-over meeting?
Users who have complaining about being stuck at so’n’so many followers for years, suddenly saw a massive raise in followers.
Ive seen tweets from people seemingly very happy over a new “mood” on twitter.
But I cant help having this feeling that extreme leftists will create accounts and trash the free speech principle to the maximum.
And there might be some million bots doing the very same thing.
And if this goes on long enough, people might even start wanting to limit the free spech “just a little”.
EU and the brits have already warned they will keep an eye on things in case it gets bad, and Bidenenko and Vasjintonov the same.
I see Trump do not want to return to the platform, he rather try to make his own, which in theory Musk also could have done.
But he paid an insane amount of money for TWitter.
I wonder if thiat changes the legal aspect of things.
What will it have to say for old tweets fo example,if there’s one owner, is he legally responsible for the content?
Some claims he is one of the good guys, buying Twitter to collect evidence.
Why am I skeptical to this takeover from a guy who is into Neuralink and has unlimited resources?
If he makes Twitter a great place to be, nothings better, but I cant help think there will be some restrictions on free speech incoming.
And I think in months to come a lot of bots and fake accounts will spew out hate and threats to lgbtq+ community, POC’s and the leftists, everything not PC.
And we can’t have that, so…we will have to give up just some free speech.

Who knows what changes musk will implement.
Truth social seems to be veting people so you cant make fake accounts and everyone needs to use their real names/identity etc.
Most people wont talk crap if they cant hide behind a fake name etc.
Its not like this just happened out of nowhere, im certain the people behind Musk has a plan for these spam tactics that has been used to drive fake narratives etc.
Could def get ugly in the begining, but lets see how it pans out.
At the moment EU are tallow about blocking Twitter and other plattforms that doesnt follow the censorship agenda.

I think I see what Musk might be trying to do here. Notice the word “transformed”; transformed into what? Musk has a space program & likely all sorts of entities we don’t know about that could somehow be subject of some sort of “hostile takeover” by foreign co.'s or govt(s). If Musk can somehow “transform” TWTR into a news or other licensed FCC conglomerate and attach it to those entities, he’s virtually protected all his assets, or most of them from that sort of grab. Can’t be absolutely sure what he’s doing, but get the gist it’s legally protective.
Whether you like him or not, Musk is a brilliant man & this is a simple solution. The smartest of people KISS!
