Narrative Warfare

I can’t look at news, read an article, watch a DVD, or converse w/anyone w/o running into counter narratives, of what I perceive as “truth”[understanding there really is no definitive “truth”; w/the exception of my Chinese keyboard being AI infiltrated].

Granted things could be sailing comfortably along; and then comes the mask-on, or the heart attacks of young athletes[quackcine related IMO], or an Ukrainian story, or an abortion story, or President Jair Bolsonaro saying that the upcoming elections might be rigged[and the press getting highly upset, at such absurd allegations].
No matter where, when or how; the narrative wars are not running silent anymore,
they’re running deep, afar - and most annoyingly… right in-your-face.

So, get your dancing shoes on, before your out & about.
Your going to have to be a step ahead;
of these ongoing; never-ending, devil’s narratives,
very much loose, and afoot - around every corner.

There’s no getting around it anymore.

Don’t forget everyone getting their mail-in ballots. 3 of my friends just got theirs yesterday, all in different States.

Ed Dowd shared this on infowars months ago:

"Weaponized narrative seeks to undermine an opponent’s civilization, identity, and will by generating complexity, confusion, and political and social schisms. It can be used tactically, as part of explicit military or geopolitical conflict; or strategically, as a way to reduce, neutralize, and defeat a civilization, state, or organization. Done well, it limits or even eliminates the need for armed force to achieve political and military aims.

This, of course, has been going on…
Well, let’s just say the narrative wars are biblical.

I think many here, including yourself; automatically toss out narrative frames as they listen, view, or read. George Lakoff brought this to the forefront in his book, “Don’t Think of the Elephant! Know Your Values and Frame the Debate”/2004, and described frames as “mental structures that shape the way we see the world”. Frames shape perception.
At this site, Dr. Farrell certainly frames his blogs[IMO] in ways that benefit all of us.
“Framing” is the art of communicating such that one’s language activates particular unspoken ideas and associations. No gnosticism[a clear a present danger] rears it’s ugly head; w/o consequences.

One might even associate “The Fall” - as losing biblical narrative war.
A binary frame[way of thinking/perception]being established, after such a fall.

Good call, Mr. B.
Looks like Bolsonaro is psychic or something. In a ‘stunning’ result, he’s defeated by Lula. First time a President has been voted out in Brazil, apparently. Biden immediately declared the election ‘free and fair’. So I guess we shouldn’t worry our little heads about that. :crystal_ball:
Makes us wonder what will happen in the U.S. next week.

“Truman Wins!” was one headline.
Another should have read, “Biden Steals Election!”
Bolsonaro[Nation State leader] 49.10% / Lula 50.90%[Globalist puppet leader].
Too close.
Only horses and grenades matter, when it’s that close.
Everyone know it’s not right.
No narrative is going to make it right.
And “they” know it.
