I didnt understand much techincally about the Eric Hecker Testimony with regards to the Direct Energy/Earthquake/Neutrino Weapon stuff.
However the Video of NASA Mission STS 48 where a beam (plasma beam?) is being shoot at an UFO in atmosphere and makes the UFO turn away in a sharp angle may now make sense
