Rather than wait for the lockdown predicted by CAF, we the people decided to impose one first, on the government, or more accurately the local branch management of the EU. What started out as fuel protest, when as instructed, the branch management actually imposed more carbon taxes on over priced fuel already. FAFO, now every fuel outlet nationwide and national fuel processing/storage facilities are blockaded except for emergency and essential services access.
The army was called, but was recalled - there was a disturbance in the force. We are four days into this and the protest is still growing in numbers, but also concomitant issues of the technocratic imposition of stupidity may morph this towards a movement.
