not exactly. the official NATO policy copied the Hungarian standpoint word-for-word. take a look.
Hungary/NATO does not send neither troops nor armament…
…the members states do as they see fit
so who controlls who?

“They” or at least some of “they” want to crash the American dollar so “they” can start again and maintain control. Its looking more and more like they’re not going to capture the whole world this time around, but they’ll settle for half then go to work on the other half.

Or if… the Hungarians were ‘TOLD’ to ‘Stand-Down’, per the “official NATO policy”, which may, or may not have copied the ‘official’ Hungarian standpoint ‘word-for-word’, the question becomes:

‘Would you be not be correct in sayin’ they 'did as they were ‘TOLD-TO-DO’, and THEY ‘stood-down’? Or, were they ‘obediant’"

Or in the alternative, were ‘They’ dis-obediant, or not?
