Anyone have any idea what this is? Someone forwarded me an text about how this will be announced on April 1 (I know it’s fools day) but the person who sent it to me is very serious.

Like yourself, a friend sent us 1) a video plus 2) a link to a scribd document.
The narrator’s tone of voice seems to have a mocking, aggressive salesperson quality.

I decided to order the books and find out what the heck they (“Q” types) have been talking about for the past 4 years. Figured if there IS a law, I probably need to be able to cite it.
