Another black mark on the neuro-cognitive branch of technocracy, which does not recognize ethical standards for engineering humans.
Loved the comments from the independent researcher who supposedly reviewed thousands of neurofeedback experiments and concluded patients watching other people’s brainwaves thinking they were theirs faired just as well as those viewing their own. His conclusion was the caring environment and determination of the patient to improve was more likely the reason for improving.
