Using the electrical grid itself as the means of delivery? This statement aroused my curiosity!
How do you mean? Surely any additional rider/carrier signals piggy backing on the electrical grid would trip all kinds of circuits thus just shutting the thing down, no?
Eric Dollard talks about how the switch from a grounded electrical grid and “live or hot” buildings of the early 20th century, to today where we have a “live and hot” grid with grounded building, thus making the entire system more vulnerable to overload.
