Great rants, Joseph!!! After a lifetime within the “Christian” Community, it bothers me that we have nothing from the first century after the Life of Jesus. I finally came to the conclusion that The Bible has been one of the best tools in The Toolbox of The Controllers! Talk about mind control!! My Eureka Moment was when I realized that the “God” of The Old Testament is NOT the Creator of All!! What a “freeing” moment!! How do we know what the real Jesus Story was?! Check out Joseph Atwill’s “Caesar’s Messiah” or “The Jesus Papers” where they demonstrate from Roman records that Jesus was alive in 45 A.D. bought a parcel of land outside of Alexandria! Whichever way one chooses to believe, we are taking the word of other human beings, just like ourselves. I think the same could be said of any of the other Holy Books accepted on this planet…that they were all put together by human beings, just like ourselves. How one chooses to “believe” is a personal matter.
