I don’t know the details but people are worried and I don’t blame them.
Why don’t you just put signs up everywhere, “Gun Free Zone” and invite a shooter?

This is in my opinion only cover up (suspension of carry on), to deviate people’s attention. Suspension of constitution and invoking emergency powers are needed to do a lot of nefarious things in this state, false invasion preparations included.
