I can only comment on #1 with any real insight. OF COURSE the oil is over the top abundant in Venezuela, but they don’t quite get the whole story.

U.S. tankers will load up in Venezuela and chug to the BNSF location onshore GOM, where they load it onto tankers on Warren’s BNSF choo choo and take it to California “I think I can, I think I can”. This supply will cover most of Asia who cannot possibly deal with a longer route through Panama Canal or other U.S. locations. Warren hasn’t held onto an “asset” for almost 17 years that has LOST MONEY for nothing, and called it his “Jewel” and “Gem”. Those who are closer to Venezuela can load their tankers there. Hint: This is one big reason why securing Cuba is so important; don’t want Houti’s or Tutu’s or whomever else to cause any problems.

BONUS: If you buy the petrol in USD, you have no exchange fee and might get a bit of a discount. If you use another currency, well, we much charge that exchange fee and whatever else.

You wait and see. It will run very much as stated above; doesn’t have to be exact, but will be damned close.
