Navy Secretary John Phelan
reminds one of an old nag that indeed needs to be put out to pasture or out of its misery. The new guy seems more in line with the military’s “new look” and bravery motto. Hegseth and Hung look the part, Hegseth has the brawn manliness, Hung has both brawn and brains.
