This means RFK, jr who does not head the DoD, but a separate Federal agency could ‘alert’ those in charge of law enforcement agencies such as the FBI headed by Don Bongino to determine if the DoD might be or could be collaborating in a criminal conspiracy with pharmaceutical companies who are agencies that fall under and within the Federal Government’s oversight.
The real questions could be ‘are the guilty parties really and truly being investigated?’, and if so, who are the heads of those domestic agencies tasked with any Revelations of domestic criminal intent and why would any investigators announce their true intent or their real investigations ahead of any possible indictments? Also refresh your understanding of the meaning of Achilles Heel.

It is not worldwide. The bad actors are actually more intent on destroying those dastardly Russians who have nearly achieved their goal of permanently keeping the Ukraine out of Europe.
I’ve just addressed the patent applications and paper within two common software systems, both of which refused to discuss the optimal ways the technologies would be avoided locally and systemically.

The Ukraine will most likely be totally under the control of the Russians within the next year or so. If not, the war will continue until it is under their control. The European nations will continue to slide into despair due to its incompetent leadership and immigration policies.

I sill think that ultimate goal of these mRNA vaccines is to sneak something else besides mRNA encoding for virus proteins. The key part of the potion, is NLP(nano lipid particle) that surrounds the genetic material(mRNA) and can penetrate thru cell membrane. One can squeeze a lot of stuff into that bubble(NLP) that is detrimental, for example: another piece of human DNA or bacterial DNA called plasmid in hopes that it will be incorporated into a host DNA , or rare earths metals or even chips that will interfere with human metabolism, and on we can go.

mRNA = messenger RNA
mtRNA= mitochondrial RNA
