Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 26:49 — 36.8MB)Joseph comments more about Trump’s executive department picks and what they might be indicating, and also comments (in a completely different tack) on the floods in Paris… the pictures are incredible: Floods peak in Paris as France sees worst rains in 50 years
On the Huckabee and Hegseth appointments and implications on ME foreign policy: These both seem consistent with at least the overt leanings that DJT has for Israel. Could be he actually believes in his pro Israel positions, or could be he’s playing a game of poker. We likely don’t know what he really thinks (Abellache’s link to the Sepher DJT Bloodline vid, obvious relationships to Jewish business powers in NYC etc - did he learn to function within their system and like it, or dislike it?).
If DJT’s aim is as I believe it will be…to do the thing he believes himself the best in the world at and something he truly enjoys…broker a deal(s) in the Middle East then it would be foolish for him to put representatives in his cabinet who are vocally strongly against Israeli politics/foreign policy. It would undermine his ability to be the cunning deal maker.
Personally I prefer to be WYSIWYG but recognize in the world of politics / business / diplomacy it is often a better strategy to cloak your real thoughts.
I don’t pretend to know what’s going on in DJT’s mind, but am trying to see positive aspects and hope he has a more informed / studied perspective on Middle East politics than his actions would seem to indicate.
To me it is a poker until proven otherwise. In last few weeks od 2020 Trump was very vocal about Bibi Netanyahu stabbing him in a back. And there will be vengeance.
Trump hates Netanyahu, and you are correct, he will indirectly aid in Bibi’s end.
I agree about Hegeseth, but I think his central focus is more on China and a non-woke military, that’;s why I concentrated on huckabee for those remarks
Yes… seethe tidbit apology
Where is the tidbit, i cannot seem to locate
Where’s the Nov. 14th podcast? Highlight of the week! Very upset ‘that page does not exist’! Please fix it! Thank you!
I removed it because the article I cited in the second half was from 2018… I think they’re deliberately obfuscating details of articles now.
