Presumably, Earth Governments are announcing another common enemy - ALIEN.
Requiring a World Government[“globalists”] that organizes against the common enemy.

Who are the enemies?
If the Aliens wipe out those creating mass famine.

Its the same old Nazis 
Now that they cleared where is the battlefield (and yes, from ocean-bed to the Moon as stated in the Slavonian Book of Enoch, so right now they do not go further), there are still 2 steps on the to-admit list.
First: there is war in the whole universe (multiverse, if someone thinks so). probably they cannot take on all of it yet.
Second: the last frontier to be admitted is the mind.
Do you think that governments will admit the second one ever? I mean psyops altogether is one thing, that goes for the psyche mostly (emotions, tendencies, will), but to wage war against the mind, is to wage war against the unchanging, the spirit, God. That is why the Devil may never win, since he/she is warring against his/her own mind.
