Lots going on in Nicaragua . It appears that Daniel Ortega signed a decree this week allowing the construction of Russian military bases in Nicaragua
A Twitter user under the ID name “Megatron” posted the following
"Russia will place missiles 3000 km from New York and 1400 km from Miami. A very close distance for this type of missiles, especially for hypersonic ones (which the USA does not have), which can reach Miami in 7 minutes.
And given that the US Patriot Air Defense System has been shown to be ineffective against this type of missile, US skies will be completely unprotected and under enormous pressure.
Also, Russian warships are returning to Cuba, and the possibility of placing missiles there again is not ruled out. "
