It doesn’t look like a no-fly zone, as generally that means a nation declares no other nation can fly in an area upon threat of shooting them down. Used when the US wants a current dictator to be overthrown in favor of a different dictator. Or anarchy.
Looks more like a warning to aviators that extra risks are present. Which makes sense since both sides are accusing the other side of planning false flags, and in the past at least 1 plane in that region has been shot down due to poor target identification.
I highly doubt Putin is going to invade the Ukraine, since it has very little he needs. The real issue with all this nonsense is the US trying to keep Europe within it’s sphere of influence, and so we are ginning up excuses for Euro leaders to embargo Russia. This is especially so for natural gas, as Biden Inc is heavily invested in US LNG which is out-competed by cheap Russian gas. Biden Inc also had interests in Ukrainian transit fees of Russian gas, which are bypassed by Nordstream 2.
Russia’s strategic goal isn’t to reinstate the USSR, but to open trade with Europe. There is far more money in creating markets for Russia’s huge reserves of gas and petroleum than in occupying some wheat fields.
No Fly in major portion of Sea of azov by Russia is all I can see. Please confirm with whatever sources you have.
Your source says nothing about a no fly zone. Only warnings from civilian agencies.

Confirm what event? There is no indication there is a no fly zone near Ukraine. It would hardly be a secret due to the purpose of a no fly zone. Search “Russia, no fly zone” limited to past month comes up with nothing relevant.

I see some guy saying stuff, and putting pictures on the screen. Right now he is identifying a vehicle as a T-14 tank that is obviously not a T-14 tank. And claiming it can be operating remotely to kill civilians. Claims America isn’t ‘wagging the dog,’ when it obviously is.
