Whatever they think of will make it more difficult for the common folk to have freedom of movement. That’s the agenda at work here.

Are you sure this is just about “non-electric” cars or more for cars with no or failed mufflers? Those are unlawful because that is getting into acoustic weaponry category not necessary for transportation.

When I had a failed muffler was really surprised no one complained about that, cops can give out citations because it is so loud. More of an issue in denser cities with a lot of pedestrians on sidewalks. Washington State doesn’t mandate catalytic converters for exhaust lines anymore but believe Oregon and Cali still ask people use those.

What will the Harley riders do? It will kill a whole ‘loud pipe’ industry. (I own/ride motorcycles myself…but with the factory provided exhausts thank you).
