Actually, Marburg has always been in Cameroon; at least the past 20+ years.
I was there and they briefed us repeatedly on it. Lots of others in addition to Marburg, but not big names.

Of course we know what this is. At what point do we recognize that the people involved in developing deploying and reaping the rewards of these processes are outlaws
