Old prayer books mentioned by Joseph in the 2021 Annual Wrap Up with CAF

Does anyone know the titles of the Orthodox prayer books he mentioned? Or of any of them?
One sounded like Fest (ive) (or something)…

I can’t remember off the top of my head but if you watch the Solari video Joseph holds them up to camera so you can pause and write down the titles. You can access the video from the members website or from the link below. It’s in the first part so not very far in.

Hi. It was the ‘The Festal Menaion’.

Thanks I did not see it before.

Thanks I missed it before.

in the linked video clip above, at time stamp 32:20, Joseph mentions four texts, (one translated by his mentor at Oxford). All traditional texts.

hope this helps.

Tried to write them down:

The one translated by Dr Farrell’s mentor at Oxford:
Festal Minaion
(JPF describes it as a book of Propers of the Orthodox Church)

1928 Episcopalian Book of Common Prayer

The People’s Angelican Misal

The Service Book by Isabel Hopgood (SP?)

He says they are all older traditional texts.

You are very kind, thank you.
