Problem I have with Putin searching for Nazi in UKR, is most of that network is/was in Western Ukraine and that’s the one spot he hasnt touched in his invasion of UKR.
A little correction 1 mln casualties in UKR and destroyed infrastructure is firmly done by Putin savages not by Ukrainians. All the Russian have to do is go back to their borders and war ia over. Every sovereign country has its its rights to chose alliances, even the Ukraine.
Maybe all soldiers on foreign soil should retract within their own borders. That country full with self proclamed exceptionals with garrissons strewn all over the world posing as some freedom guarantor should give the example.

It is unlikely that Russian forces will retreat from provinces that are primarily Russian speaking. In those areas There is a presumption that the election to join Russia was legitimate, though trusting any election seems difficult these days. The outcome for those areas which are not primarily Russian speaking is TBD. Title by conquest is illegal and we will see how the remaining Black Sea coast will be challenged.
