Hmm. Let’s have a look at deconstructing this one.
The DOE — who is tasked with the “ufo” phenomena as well as atomic energy, at a very high clearance level. Also involved here, is the NNSA, which stands for the National Nuclear Security Agency( the Nuclear NSA), or, in other words, the National Atomic Security Agency, so this could mean “NASA” too. Again with the exceedingly high clearances.
Both Sandìa and Los Alamos labs working together rather than competing or being compartmentalized, for once. High secrecy labs.
The Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies, CIN/ DOE-CIN, seems interesting owing, if nothing else, merely to the conviction of the dissapeared Dr.Charles Lieber. Some serious hermetic secrecy going on there.
Is the whole nanotech thing classified even higher than "ufo"s( or X-Tech, as Dark Journalist would term it) ? And just why is that, one might ask??
Meanwhile, back here in la-la land, this made me think of the Replicators from Stargate: SG-1, and also the silver Terminator from the first Schwarzenegger Terminator movie. Shudders.
