You identify a perfectly esconced methodology and purpose for the Board of Peace. In fact, our not so bright Prime Minister (and a WEF afficiando) a couple of years ago actually let the cat out of the bag and stated in open interview that Gaza needed a good technocratic government, and that he supported the prospect.
