Since progressives like lots of words, how about soon to be deported common thief. Skip jail and use that money to help pay for a one way ticket back to wherever she came from ignoring any reasons as to why she left in the first place. Upon her return she can sink or swim, not our problem.

She identified as a transient. It follows she was a noncitizen…(no info whether she had any form of identification…this is a good reason for chipping everyone… just a scan and Presto, instant ID…)
