I finally received the book yesterday. Skimmed the index and some chapters, but glad a bought a hard copy. Reads so much easyer then ebooks, the only downside = bookshelves!

Have to admit I sped read the remainder of my library copy.

Can’t stand anything to do w/ebooks.
Too many publishers are making only an ebook format available - despicable.
