Staphylococcus Bacteria that gets in through a break in the skin when your resistance is low… if it’s not treated with antibiotics it can spread to the tissue, ligaments & bone- and finally…Sepsis… It’s no fun.

I keep Usnea tincture on hand. Antibiotic and anti viral. Said to be food for ‘winters that last too long.”

Get well soon, infections suck. Got one in my eye; waited six months to get treatment that didn’t work and am now waiting 'till September for a follow-up appointment at the eye hospital.

Have heard shingles is bad, friend had that a few years ago but recovered alright.
Yeah bad times but you do recover.
Stress is a heck of a thing.
