Trump - Placed in office to develop & pass USMCA, which is the way forward AFTER Constitutional Convention.
Biden - Placed in office to initiate The Constitutional Convention.
Next POTUS - Regardless of who it is, will either see that the Con Con is finished and, when finished, will assist in implementing USMCA immediately as the framework for all laws & regulations of The North American Zone.
