Homerun with this article. Very interesting and pertinent. In your mind, would the plasma containment/antimatter weapon be a hardware device (ex: rocket/spacedrone delivered hardware device …think little-man or fat boy…or would it be a beam from some powerful source (GDS device), or? Could such a device be time transported?
