Minute 4:50 onward says it all militarily and demographically.

I kept trying to get people to pay attention to what Zeihan says about the gateways. They are key and Putin can’t get to them, at least not yet. Without taking the nine gateways, Russia as we know it and Putin are finished and they must have all 9.

In another video he talks about right now more pressing problem are freeze in pipes that are not being used due to RU oil/gas sanctions. This is what is probably behind RU withdrawal from Kherson. Putin is signaling he wants to talk. Min 5:00 in the video
