Perhaps since cause of Parkinson’s is unknown but an environmental cause is suspected, the DOD wants to know which chemicals work best and quickest? Could be a great military asset…

I had a great pet rat once, his name was Sniffy.
Seems “they” think we’re like pets, but aren’t treating us very nice, more like the kids who put rats in glass jars, close the lid and watch them die.
