Project 2025 WAS a Heritage adjacent group - here’s a great video from a few years back explaining how it came to be: college kid joined Trump team early, ended up working in the office of Personnel (whatever it’s called) and found out he could really move some levers putting actual pro-trump-agenda people in positions of power. 2025 was the plan to ‘hit the ground running’ to have good rules/choices in place to help place the 4,000 appointees given the executive.
