Zeihan has some interesting data and historical takes, but his analysis is what TPTB want you to believe. Besides being a former analyst of Stratfor, he is buddies with Chrystia Freeland, a YGL of the WEF who oversaw Canada’s draconian covid enforcement.

Admiration? In what way? I think he’s correct in some ways & incorrect in others. Nobody purveys all truth.

He has some good points (like the 9 gateways). Doesn’t mean one has to agree with all he says.
That’s what I mean, he has some really good data. But his analysis of the data seems very off. Considering his connections to the globalists means we can use his analysis to see what the other side wants us to think. Like believing that globalism is about to fail and we are going back to old-school competition between nations. I’m not sure why the globalists would want people to think that, perhaps to skew investment such that those betting on continued globalization getting a better ROI due to less capital competition.
I’m not sure if it’s in this video or not, but he lays out a great case for how China owes its existence to the US navy. Without access to global markets, China collapses into mad max. Even if the US navy simply withdraws, this would likely happen as nations between China and the middle east would block their sea-going trade, especially oil. China would be last in line at the trough, only getting what India, Japan, etc. allow them to have. Which explains why they are putting such a massive amount of effort into BRI and Russian energy deals.

I concur. Re: Failure of globalism put forth. It could be that they want us to further drop our guard, giving them less fight, extending the already ingrained notion that someone or something will miraculously save us, as we do little or nothing. Makes it much easier for them to take it all under our noses.
