Dr. Salvatore Pais - You have to skip to about 34:30 to get exactly to him and the description of what he did, but the entire thing is very interesting, starting out with a history of crop circle events, goes through debunking some of the claims that they are man made, and arriving at the understanding that came from them that spin is a key element in play. The discussion immediately preceding the time stamp given about making crop circles 3D and spinning them to make components of a machine is fascinating and points to recent scientific attempts to decipher crop circles into some kind of useful information - someone somewhere in the sciences believes they are messages from intelligent life apparently. There is also quite a discussion regarding evidenced incidents of the CIA infiltrating the crop circle research community and damaging their efforts.
