Pope Francis in hospital

He was just going in for some scheduled checkup according to RAI TV in Italy but are now being kept at least for a night.

Pope Francis’ schedule has reportedly been cancelled for the next two days while medical checks continue, the source added.

In January, Pope Francis, 86, led the funeral of his predecessor Pope Benedict XVI - who was the first pope to resign due to ill health for centuries.

Pope Francis has previously indicated that he may also wish to follow in Benedict’s footsteps if his health deteriorated.

We cant go into these troubled times wthout the vicar of Jesus in place.
For those who still believe this pope is such a thing at this point.
But it would have a symbolic meaning and effect of course

Instead of real or Memorex. You have alive or dead?
Human, inhuman, alien?
Now, that’s corporate progress by definition!
Being spiritually led; by a corpse, that’s achieved personhood.

I thought they always had the Black pope waiting on standby…or perhaps wirelessly charging somewhere in the backroom… an “IPOPE”, if you will…
