This dude is being quite cheeky. His political career started out by turning state’s evidence on his mentor, the Mayor of Union City NJ.
In 1977 investigations began into the city’s dealings with Rudolph Orlandini, who was hired for a $2.2 million project to construct additions on the city’s two high schools at the time, Emerson High School and Union Hill High School, projects that ultimately incurred $12 million in spending. In 1979, with a trial looming, Deputy Public Works Director Bruce D. Walter and Board of Education Secretary Robert Menendez (both of whom would later serve terms as Mayor of Union City) formed the Alliance Civic Association, and publicly questioned the overrun costs on Orlandini’s construction company.[citation needed]
In April 1981, a grand jury indicted Musto and six others on 36 counts of racketeering, extortion and fraud.[1] They were eventually convicted of receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in kickbacks from Orlandini, in part due to testimony by Menendez, a former aide of Musto’s.[6]

Bolsonaro has been at great odds with leaders of the Western Alliance who are at war with the Russians. The Western Alliance has held him at a distance for a variety of reasons, including Bolsonaro’s insinuations that COVID-19 could have been part of a Chinese “bacteriological war,” and Bolsonaro’s participation in the BRICS alliance. Bolsonaro called for reforms of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund at a summit meeting of BRICS saying, “We need to join efforts in a search to reform international organizations, such as the World Bank, the IMF and the United Nations, especially its Security Council.”
The BRICS nations, and many other nations who have recently applied to become members are in the process of forming a new financial system that will circumvent, and eventually collapse the US Dollar as the World’s reserve currency.

The Madrid Circular was the blueprint, or plan for what is plain to see occurring in Brazil, and so many other countries, which includes America. JPF’s book, The Third Way exposes the insidious plan.
COVID, and mandated jabs are ‘tools’ to control the public. Is there any test, or way to determine if a person actually received the ‘jab’?

Some Afrikaners in government would talk about The Third Way during my interviews in country, during Apartheid. I had no idea what they were talking about, but it seemed to be code. I thought it might be a Christian spiritual path, because I was hidden in homes of churched people, and passed around for my safety. I thought The Third Way was likely about the peaceful dismantling of Apartheid. That was the ostensible aim of my work in the region. Questions could only go so far in any given interview in a particular city, Bantustan, or affiliation. The carpet was wired and palpably paranoid. You hit a wall. Oddly, I felt the same vibe in Spain, at certain times, under Franco. As a researcher, I learned in South Africa to read everything from the SA Pressclips, to wedding invitations, to sports flyers. In asymmetrical conflict situations, gems of salient information could pop out in the most innocuous places. The art of assembling the converging, diverging, and emerging data requires practice – plus I blab with people everywhere I can. It takes listening in every encounter, losing yourself in their stories, without losing yourself. I felt the opposing tensions in the struggle between being true to people-- when you know so little --and the deep need to search for truth in others.

You have had excellent experiences, and it is evident in all your posts. Yes, South Africa, and other nations in Africa are very important, as are Brazil, and Argentina.
Here on this website when the ‘The Third Way’ is mentioned we are referring to the book with that title, written by JPF. It is one of his most important books. It is a continuation of his investigations of high financial fraud mostly in international banking, reveals details of a hidden system of finance, black budgets and breakaway civilizations. It is about his research of the post-war Nazi International crime syndicate. The main ‘evil’ actors spread themselves throughout the world even before Germany was fully defeated in WW2. Where did they flee? Argentina (primarily in San Carlos de Bariloche), parts of Brazil, Chile, and Indonesia. These were a few of the main places they fled to as WW2 was nearing its end.
So, to many of the old Gizars here, the Third Way means ‘they’, the Nazi International, had to go about conquering the World by methods other than military conflict between nation states. Much more could be written, and although they are not the only bad actors they are now present in almost every important nation of the world. I’m certain RB could jump in here, and correct me if I’m overlooking anything, or if my explanation is skewed too badly.
