If even one signatory is “non-agreement capable”, what’s the sense? If Iran isn’t already nuclear capable I’d be surprised. If Biden needs oil that bad, just ask Canada. We have oceans of it, literally! I’m sure there’s a map of north america somewhere in the white house. Dust it off and have someone explain it to Biden. If the US administration can overlook the climate change/carbon cult for Iran and Venezuela, surely it can overlook it for Canada. Besides, the Americans are already allowed to help dig in our soils for ancient stuff like dinosaurs and fauna. Whereas they’re not so welcome to dig around in Iran for ancient “stuff”.
