I still find it hard to believe that such an integral part of pipeline cannot be repaired/overhauled closer to home. Makes one wonder.

Egads, what a bunch of immature school ground bullies. Obviously competence had nothing to do with them reaching their positions in the hierarchy, only blind obedience.
