The American military may not possess such a weapon but what about the military industry? Might they already have something similar which is still in the development stage theoretically but in reality is ready to go? Is Russia pulling ahead in the arms race or catching up? Is it the Americans that Russia’s really worried about or some of those pesky Nazis? Both?

Pretty sure US has such but not parading it. Conversely, I don’t think this is the baddest Russia has either.
